The modular design of the mount systems allows the user to expand his bracket at any time. Thus, users can choose between rigid and swivel mounts that can be used as wall mounts, table mounts, rail mounts or bed mounts. All mount systems are used to fix the respective medical devices in a variety of means of transport: whether on land, on water or in the air. The medical technology mounts can be used individually in rescue vehicles, boats or helicopters and airplanes. These trend-setting fixtures are particularly convincing due to their easy handling with high safety and functionality.

In order to meet the different requirements of the countries, our brackets for defibrillators, perfusors and Co. are dynamically tested according to the standards (e.g. DIN EN 1789, EASA CS-27, RTCA DO160G, MIL-STD-810H). In addition, our medical technology mounts are (dynamically) tested with further simulation tests, such as durability, material fatigue, vibration test, in order to offer you the highest possible safety for patients, users and third parties in daily practice. For the USA market, the highest requirements (SAE J3043 with 26g) apply in the area of EMS, which we have successfully tested with the new generation of brackets (since 2015). The tests are carried out at an external test laboratory in the house of TÜV SÜD, which is the largest notified testing body worldwide.

Perfect cable solutions for the use of your medical technology

The right cables are extremely important to ensure smooth medical operation. The cables must not be too short, but also not too long, as they may cause stumbling hazards or otherwise impair the use on the patient. On request, we are happy to offer you individual cable solutions such as ceiling extensions for 12 channel ECG, Sp02 and NIBP.

To connect electrodes of the manufacturer “A” to e.g. Physio-Control defibrillators we offer you the suitable electrode adapters. In addition, there are ShockLink adapters, which can be used for defibrillator training on any model. With ShockLink real defibrillators can be connected to training models, e.g. for first aid courses, in order to carry out realistic defibrillator trainings. The MCS ShockLink adapters in combination with the ShockLink training cable allow training with a “sharp” defibrillator and a defibrillation-capable training dummy from Laerdal. The ShockLink adapter is suitable for Corpuls, Physio-Control, Schiller and Zoll defibrillators and many others. The compact and stable training cable is especially designed for Ambu and Laerdal training dummies. It convinces by its simple and fast assembly and thus by a safe adaptation.

Individual special solutions, tailored to your needs: From inverter to medical cart to universal bracket for home respirators

MCS medical offers you a wide range of special solutions for the most diverse problems and requirements. Brackets in the vehicle are an elementary component of the overall system of a rescue service. Since all equipment must be accommodated and secured in such a way that it is not damaged or persons could be injured while driving, appropriate mount systems are of utmost importance. Problems with the load of home respirators in patient transport, for example, are now a thing of the past.

The MCS universal mounts for home ventilators from all well-known manufacturers such as Zoll, Philips or ResMed, are not only excellently suited for stationary use, but can also be used for mounting in rescue vehicles and aircraft. You can mount these brackets safely and quickly on walls, rail systems and stretchers from different manufacturers.

In addition, our universal and double rail brackets help you to load all medical equipment used in the ambulance quickly and easily. Respirators, ECG monitors, infusion pumps etc. can be exchanged between the individual rescue devices within seconds.

Sensitive medical devices determine the equipment in rescue vehicles. All devices work with 230 V mains voltage. For operation in the vehicle, therefore, the DC voltage of the battery must be converted into AC voltage. This task is performed by the MCS converter/inverter and ensures a stable AC voltage.

A suitable clamping claw serves as a connecting element to standard rails as well as round tubes and is particularly suitable for attaching accessories such as glove brackets, baskets, etc. The retaining claws are used in clinics, treatment rooms, operating theatres and doctors’ surgeries.

The MCS Universal Bed Bracket can help to quickly fix, change and secure defibrillators, ventilators and other medical equipment to a stretcher or the patient’s bed during patient transfer. To secure your valuable equipment, we also offer a fall arrest device, which is used to secure medical devices to a tube system, such as a stretcher.

In daily emergency medical operations, oxygen cylinders are indispensable. For the proper loading of your 2l oxygen cylinders in the respective rescue vehicle, MCS offers a crash tested oxygen cylinder bracket, which can be adapted to the cylinder type and thus guarantees a secure hold.

Whether in hospitals, medical practices or rehabilitation centers – our modular Medical Cart serves as a practical mobile equipment cart that can safely load the most common medical devices such as ventilators or defibrillators. Important for mobile equipment carts is that they can be used safely in MRI environments. The MCS Medical Cart was developed accordingly and convinces by its robustness.
